왕궁에 있던 왕에게도 아니었고,
담장 높은 집의 부자들에게도 아니었고
춥고 어두운 빈들판에서 쓸쓸히 양을 지키던
보잘 것 없는 목동들에게 가장 먼저 전해졌던
그 기쁨의 소식을 다시 생각합니다.
또 한 해가 헛되이 가버렸다고
마음 웅크린 모든 분들께
평화와 기쁨이 함께 하시기를 기도합니다.
