정리하지 않고 책상 위에 쌓은 테입이 제법이다.

올해 들어 '그림일기'를 2개 밖에 편집하지 못했다.
사실 많이 찍지도 않았다.
사진에 있는 테입들도 거의 지난해의 것들...

그래도 5월부터는 조금씩 찍을 수 있게 되었다.
그래봐야 내 주변을 찍는 것일 뿐이다.
지금 상황이 어쩔 수 없기도 하지만,
그래도 그것이 내게 '있는' 것이니까....

곧 편집도 시작할 것이다.

편집은 기도같은 것이라는 생각을 하곤 했다.
기도의 종류도 여러가지이겠으나,
뭘 적극적으로 원하고 구하는 종류의 기도가 아니라
가만히, 필요치 않는 것들을 하나 둘 내려놓는 과정을 거쳐
가장 절실한 것만 남게 되는 기도 같은 것 말이다.

조만간, 올해 첫 일기인
1월 27일의 일기를 편집해야겠다.
이건 편집 시간이 좀 걸릴 듯 하다.
여기에 가끔 들르시는 Skullfang님의 음악을
쓰려고 하는데 잘 붙을지 모르겠다.

그동안 많은 것들이 마음 속을 오갔는데
눈으로 드러난 어떤 변화는 없다.
하지만 스스로 참 많은 것이 달라진 것을 느낀다.
지난 해 가을의 나와 지금의 나는
다른 사람인 것 같다는 생각이 든다.
그러나 어떤 완결된 답이나
고정된 무엇이 있는 것은 아니다.
여전히 질문을 계속되고 있고,
여전히 모호한 것은 모호하다.

어쩌면 그런 모호함, 애매함을 견디는 힘이
조금 더 생겼는지도 모르겠다.
